Brianna is a dedicated Marriage and Family Therapist In-Training, passionate about fostering authentic connections and helping individuals and families navigate life’s complexities. With a belief that therapy should be a space for genuine expression, she prioritizes authenticity in her practice, creating an environment where clients feel comfortable to explore their thoughts and feelings.
Before joining Edelweiss, Brianna worked closely with clients struggling with eating disorders including adolescents and adults at the Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization level. Drawing on her background in Systems Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and attachment work, Brianna has a deep understanding of the complexities of intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships, including family dynamics. She is committed to helping clients navigate their unique challenges while embracing their true selves. She takes a collaborative approach to therapy, recognizing that each client is the expert in their own life. Together, she works alongside clients to uncover patterns, set goals, and celebrate successes, all while fostering a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere.
