Caitlin is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mount Mary University. Caitlin’s specialties and areas of interest include eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, ARFID, and OSFED) as well as anxiety, mood, and personality disorders. Caitlin believes that an important part of therapy is collaborating with clients to identify how each person’s values and strengths can be used to meet their goals. Caitlin takes an empathetic approach to help support and challenge clients to work toward continual growth.

Caitlin has 3 years of experience working with clients on disordered eating recovery at the partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient levels of care. Caitlin also has one 1 year of internship experience supporting clients in integrating spirituality into therapy to support recovery at the residential and inpatient levels of care. Caitlin has experience integrating a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and Schema Therapy to support clients in their therapeutic journey.
