Laura brings warmth and curiosity to the therapeutic work that she does with her clients. She operates under the belief that everyone wants to do well in their life, everyone wants to have meaningful connection and belonging, and everyone wants to be understood. Laura enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults to develop their skills, increase their cognitive flexibility, and enhance collaboration with family, peers, and caregivers. She primarily utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in her practice.
